*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*:
· Act as the subject matter expert on Aprimo’s capabilities and
functionality. Designs and implements data integration with other ADS
systems. Reviews trigger campaigns with Campaign Operations (for oversight).
· Responsible for data flows into and out of the system including
monitor data sources, assisting in data profiling and data clean up,
championing new data sources, advise on formatting and timing for data
imports, testing and fixing data issues.
· React and investigate system bugs/issues/downtime and Interact with
Aprimo Customer Care when a defect or downtime is identified.
· System administrations duties (administer security policies, user
management, backups and restores, file transfers, fail safes, file
management, etc.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
· Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field.
· 1-3 years of data systems experience required.
· Experience with Aprimo Campaign Management (7.6. or higher) is
required
· Previous media/entertainment industry experienced preferred.
· Knowledge of SQL is required.
· Knowledge of Unix operating system is required.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
· Detail oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills
are required.
· Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
· Familiarity with database management and segmentation preferred.
· Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools (e.g. Business Objects) is
a plus.
· Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica) is a plus.
· Knowledge in web application metrics and consumer data processing is
a plus.
· Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (including
Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing,
Deployment and Maintenance) is a plus.
· Must be a "self-starter " as well as work in a group project
environment.
· Superior organizational and time management skills required. Must be
able to organize and schedule a high workload efficiently.
· Must have a flexible and friendly personality to interface closely
with the production staff and outside clients.
