The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, agile environment in support of short iterative cycles is a must. Core skills include: Leading test efforts for large features on both the client and server side (product features, platform and framework extensions) Demonstrated experience in QA methodologies: test processes, test planning, test development, test automation, and test metrics Understanding Agile methodologies related to testing: test driven development, automated testing, continuous integrations Expertise in estimating, planning and refactoring test deliverables Effective interpersonal communication skills in a highly collaborative team environment Specific experience testing *JAVA, J2EE, EJB, Web Services Technology* Requirements: Scripting and automation: SoapUI, XML, XSD, SQL, JUnit, Silktest, Selenium, Fitnesse Databases: Oracle Java EE App Servers: Jboss, Weblogic Concepts: UML, Data Modeling, Schema Modeling, SOA Platforms: HPUX, Solaris, RH Linux, Windows Experience with Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Telecom OSSs (Service Fulfillment and/or Assurance) a plus. Typically requires 6+ years related experience with a BS; 4-6 years experience with an MS. Major Duties and Functions Responsible for design, development and execution of test activities for multiple features in a tightly integrated product suite in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, agile environment.
