Also kindly include my email id ‘[email protected]’ in your requirement/hotlist distribution list as we also have experienced resources on our payroll looking for new projects on their various technologies. *Job Title:* Oracle Apps DBA w/Middleware *Start Date:* 12/16/2013 *End Date:* 3/31/2014 *Location:*Northfield, IL, US *Qualifications:* Prefer local Consultants DBA/Middleware - someone to do installations and get the environment completely set up PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Install and Support (Production, Test, QA and Development ) of Oracle EBS 12, Fusion Middleware and Oracle database 10g. - Support and implement high availability environment using Oracle Real Application Clustering, Data Guard, 10g Grid, RMAN, Fusion Middleware, Parallel Concurrent Processing, ASM, OEM, Diagnostics, Tuning, Configuration and Provisioning Pack. - Analyze and implement the physical database design and structure, ensure enterprise database environments are in optimal condition, manage production databases in Client environments, and support complex problem-solving challenges. - Create and review physical data models, coordinating data security restraints and actively supporting test plans/environments, benchmarks and statistics. - Improve the quality and reduce defects in all database environments and Application server environments by providing performance and tuning. •Perform backup and recovery procedures using RMAN. - Follow back up procedures to ensure the recoverability of all production data for operational and business continuation needs. - Coordinate with data security to provide appropriate security, SOX compliance and secondary authorization. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: - 5 years of proven experience in complex ERP environment. - 5 years multiple lifecycle management for Oracle EBS implementation including high availability and disaster recovery management. - 5 years EBS DB Performance and tuning experience. - Extensive Oracle EBS 11i/12 implementation experience. •Demonstrated proficiency in backup and recovery procedures using RMAN. - Experience with Oracle Applications technology stack, including architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance, cloning and patching procedures - Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams. - Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management. -- Thanks and Regards….!
