The current app is 3 years old…they are looking to develop 2-3 new apps to service small, mid, and large customers. PPS’s customers are everything from “famers market” type companies processing small transactions to large retail organizations with robust purchasing, receivables, accounting, etc operations. - *Objective C & Cocoa * - Need strong *peripherals* experience…they need to have a deep understanding of iPhone architecture, successful experience developing enterprise level applications, Bluetooth, wireless networking, etc. Not looking for someone who has just developed a few iPhone apps. - Experience developing tablet applications is a big plus. The plan is for their “enterprise level” app to have a lot of tablet functionality that provides reporting for management *Personality plays a big role in the hiring decision. They need a team player that wants to help PPS successfully develop these new apps… the CIO is very hands-on and is involved in design on a daily basis.
