Also kindly include my email id ‘[email protected]’ in your requirement/hotlist distribution list as we also have experienced resources on our payroll looking for new projects on their various technologies. *Job Title:* Sr. Business Analyst *Start Date:* 1/20/2014 *End Date:* 12/31/2014 *Location: *San Francisco, CA, US *Qualifications:* Key projects where the candidate will be involved in include: • Leading the redesign effort for our commercial portal applications to ensure a consistent user experience, look and feel, and scalability across browsers, operating systems, and devices. • Touch optimization and responsive design across mobile devices and other touch enabled interfaces. The Senior Business Analyst will closely work with the Product Manager responsible for building the responsive framework (aka UI components) and work with business partners across product, User Experience & Technology to document business and functional requirements that span all these disciplines. Key responsibilities include: - Describe the value a Component brings to an application to the owner of the application. - List all of the states of a Component by looking at a Wire Frame. - Identify the feature being talked about, and draft the entry for it on the Product Backlog. - Identify and draft the business rules for the Component based on a conversation with its owner. - Facilitate a discussion about the Component Backlog. - Groom a Backlog based on input from the project team. - Ensure that all of the Interaction Rules have been recorded for the states of a Component. - Identify the impact of a technical constraint or issue on the behavior of a Component. - Facilitate a discussion about the details and rules related to an Agile Story. - Facilitate, track, and record the resolution of issues related to an Agile Story. - Draft a Rule based on the details gleaned from a discussion, design, and/or business documentation. - Draft a Story based on the details gleaned from a discussion, design, and/or business documentation. - Use Agile tools like Jira. - Facilitate conversations across all disciplines involved in the project: User Experience Design; Front-end Development; Testing; Application Development. - Adopt the format of a User Story to meet the needs of the project team. - Ability to document the states of a Component, and map the states to business and/or interaction rules. - Provide a high-level explanation of the software development process and architectural concepts involved in the design. - Facilitate prioritization discussions. -- Thanks and Regards….!
