Things you need to have:
+5 years experience in user interface design and user interaction design of
enterprise software applications (not ecommerce or intranet experience) and
products for business users.
Innovative experience around Business Process Design using technology
Experience designing both Web and Windows desktop applications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with
customers
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task on various projects, and work in a
fast-paced environment
Impressive portfolio of past work
It would be great if you had:
Experience creating style sheets and working with HTML and Javascript
Experience designing mobile applications
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience using Axure
Mix of big company and startup experience
Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) in human interaction design or user
experience
