This platform will provide global solutions for client reference data workflows, which include client on-boarding, account opening and settlement instruction data acquisition processes. - Work with subject matter experts of reference data team and help build the foundation for reference data user experience requirements - Generate user personas and user scenarios with the complete set of test case scenarios - Create mock-ups, design interfaces and take part in User Acceptance Testing - Create and maintain UI standards guide and documentation for technical reference - Manage QA testing and User Acceptance Testing - Mentor and oversee the work of other quality assurance resources. - Create QA procedures and processes using industry best practices for the team to follow. - Document, track and communicate test results to senior stakeholders. - Maintain and improve the quality assurance environments. - Solid understanding of test automation best practices is required Required Skills: - 5-7 years of experience in the financial industry - 2+ years as a QA team lead in creating QA procedures and processes for the team to follow. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a workflow tool user experience analyst / designer; relevant KYC client on boarding or account opening experience is preferred. - Experience with setting up automated testing frameworks for functional and performance testing. - Ability to develop and execute test plans. - Experience with SQL and proven ability of written complex queries to execute test cases. - Experience with some of the quality assurance tool or similar - QTP, LoadRunner, WinRunner, Selenium, shell scripting and other testing tools - Working knowledge of XML concepts and bug tracking tool like JIRA (or similar) is preferred.
