They are looking for someone who has strong WCS experience as an analyst. Although they don’t need developer level knowledge of the code, they must know the capabilities and limitations of the whole WebSphere Commerce application, specifically pricing, promotion, cart and checkout as well as Management Center – the users’ tool for website configuration. If they have done WCS coding in the past, that is ideal. We’re looking for someone who can extract the true needs of the business request without having the business provide the solution. This means a personality that will be forceful enough to keep probing, yet likeable enough that his/her customer won’t mind the probing. This position is a BA with specific application expertise, including configuration. WebSphere Commerce experience is required.
