The ITS department's primary clients are the six Regions, four Networks, OPCS, DEC, WBI, and EXT as well as indirectly the external clients, partners, and the public that use the Bank's Operations & Knowledge systems. The ITSOP unit manages information delivery, process automation, and knowledge management applications that support a large number of critical business processes supporting Bank Operations including investment lending preparation, supervision and completion, development policy lending, knowledge services, recipient executed trust funds, global partnerships, operational procurement and financial management, safeguards, and disclosure. Many of these processes are supported through the Operations Portal. Solutions also encompass task team productivity and management reporting. The unit leverages an enterprise-grade application platform that integrates standards-based technologies such as IBM Portal, IBM Websphere, SAP, Documentum, Cordys BPMS, Adobe Flex, and Adobe LiveCycle to deliver composite applications. The team leverages a hybrid onsite/offshore software delivery model to deliver software applications in compliance with all applicable Bank policies, standards, and procedures. The unit works closely with offshore service delivery partners in India. Processes include the standard software development cycle covering solution design, requirements, specifications, development, testing, deployment, release, and production support. This requirement is for : A seasoned SAP ABAP developer with experience working with clients to elicit business requirements and design/develop business process/forms/workflow applications as well as managing the work of an onsite/offshore team of technical specialists.
