*SAP Data Conversion Lead* *Location: Atlanta, GA* *Length: 6 months* *Roles and Responsibilities of Data Conversion Lead* · Define the projects SAP data conversion/ Cut-over approach and a supporting data conversion plan · Create and maintain the project master schedule activities related to data conversion that is integrated with related testing and SAP cutover activities · Create and maintain a supporting task plan including tasks to be executed by both implementer and client staff · Manage progress against the data conversion master schedule and task plan · Work with the client Data Conversion Lead to raise and resolve issues · Establish project tasks/timelines by working directly with technical resources. · Ensure proper documentation is in place required by the Solution Review Board. · Lead project related meetings to ensure projects stay on track. · Help establish annual financial plan. Manage projects to financial plan and keep forecast updated. · Provide timely project updates to frontline and senior leadership team. · Identify and manage through issues.
