The Customer Hierarchy IT BA will be responsible for business requirements,
functional design, assisting with data model design, testing, data mapping,
data conversions, interfaces and collaboration with appropriate resources
to implement/enable customer hierarchies and supporting workflows in
Informatica MDM solution.

The BA will provide strong foundation for all ongoing customer hierarchy
development.

The Customer Hierarchy IT BA will participate in business workshops to
provide input into business requirements.

This role have to have strong foundational knowledge and experience of
Customer Hierarchies as well as understand concepts how hierarchies support
business processes.

Candidates need to be able to strategically work with the business to
ensure strong business requirements as well work tactically with IT to
successfully translate these requirements into well implemented solution.

This role will need to have excellent communication and organization skills
to be able to participate in business discussions – understanding and
internalizing what is said and properly translate into/from IT messages
necessary for business to understand.



Responsibilities:

•             Assist Business Leads with Customer Hierarchy workstream,
engaging in any/all business meetings where appropriate.

•             Provide expertise to help shape business requirements that
will be translatable into Informatica functionality or  data model design.

•             Follow SDLC and complete required IT documentation, including
business requirements, functional specifications, test cases and results in
HP Quality Center, knowledge transfer, implementation plan, and change
management.

•             Participate in building of the Informatica Data model and
tools to enable customer hierarchies and associated maintenance/governance
workflow processes.

•             Ensure full testing plan is written and completed to ensure
stability and delivery of tool.

•             Participate in Cutover to production activities

•             Provide initial support

•             Perform project plan updates

•             Complete IT necessary routines



Experience:

•             Customer Master Data Business Analysis expertise is required.

•             Customer Hierarchy expertise is required.

•             Effective collaboration between Business, IT, and other
workstreams.
