Primary responsibilities include: • Clarity • V good exp with SDLC • Maintain project plans • Maintain SharePoint sites • Maintain and distribute project status reports and presentation PowerPoint decks • Maintain program calendars and coordination of program related meetings • Manage the financial aspects of a project, working closely with the PMO financial admin office • Take and distribute meeting minutes and update project information and scheduling • Assist with tracking purchase orders and invoices, providing status to the various projects • Assist with handing specific tasks as assigned Work Environment The Project Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office setting that requires a great deal of interaction among associates, executives and clients. To be in this area of business, the ideal candidate must be a people person who can work in groups on various projects.
