They will be working on improving and enhancing the current apps on the IOS platform. *Skills Overview:* *What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?* *• Excellent knowledge and work experience on designing and developing iOS based mobile applications.* *• Must have a web development background (Not looking for candidates that have exclusive app development experience)* • High degree of proficiency on programming iPhone/iPad applications with *Objective-C* and iOS SDK using the Xcode IDE. (internal development environment) • Understanding of agile software engineering processes and methodologies. • Must be able to work with RESTful APIs and *JSON* as second nature • Ideally similar experiences with application development under other mobile platforms (Android, Windows Mobile, etc.) is preferred. *What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?* • Must be a fast learner. Be able to come up to speed on new applications and technology in a very short amount of time. • Must be details oriented, with strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. • High degree of self-motivation.
