Should have experience in Design, Development and execution of test scripts *Technical/Functional Skills* PeopleSoft Functional knowledge on core HR, NA Paroll, Ben Admin modules. Technical Knowledge experience on People Code, SQR, Application Engine, PS Security, PS Query and Batch Scheduling *Experience Required* § Planning, Communication skills necessary. § PeopleSoft *Core HR, Benefits, Ben Admin and NA Payroll functional subject matter expertise is must.* § Ability to review Functional and Technical solutions with Development and Solutions team and provide feedback. § Comfortable with Process-flows & Functional-flows of HCM modules. § Interact with Functional and Technical Team to understand testing requirements. § Knowledge of requirement-gathering methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Testing life cycle using HCM PeopleSoft modules. § Commitment to delivering a high quality work product. *Roles & Responsibilities* § Demonstrating experience on PeopleSoft HCM modules in Implementation of testing projects Able to work closely with Offshore and meeting the deliverables within timelines Coordinate with the testing team to conduct System testing, Integration testing and Regression testing.
