This must support the client’s goals: a mobile workforce, global collaboration and lower costs for the Business. Requirements: Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in providing desk side services in corporate setting • Experience with client management and remote diagnosis • Experience with client/server enterprise environment • Familiar mobile support—tablets, laptops, phones etc. • Experience supporting Graphic tools. • Excellent communication skills • Good teamwork skills required • Ability to work in an efficient and effective manner (work as many as 10 concurrent service tickets at any given time). • Extensive knowledge with Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP operating systems (prefer A+ Certification) and Windows 7 • Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience with all Microsoft & Adobe applications • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator • Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
