*Responsibilities:* Pulsar is the next generation Inc level tracking platform that provides end to end user behavior and marketing tracking. It has all needed features by all eBay Inc. BU’s. It processes all data and provides it in high quality and very high availability to all consumers. There will be built-in governance of data to guarantee data quality. We are also building the reporting application that will provide out of the box reports as well as API access for user generated reports. To help application teams smoothly migrate to the new tracking platform, we will provide "consulting" service to the application teams for provisioning and migrating their code. We need a frontend developer who can help with the design and implementation of the web frontend. Experienced front-end web developer to work closely with creative design and back-end development teams to create HTML5/CSS3-based web apps. Developer should have a basic understanding of back-end programming architecture and technologies used to develop web projects and mobile applications. Developer should have a high-level of knowledge in design toolsets, and the methods of transforming creative elements for use as HTML based content in responsive layouts.
