Required Skills: 5-7 Years of Peoplesoft HCM experience Must have multiple engagements with PS Benefits Must have PS version 9.2 Must have strong knowledge of the eligibility and event rules in Ben Admin is a must. Experience using the Compensation module/piece for annual merit increases, will be new for us. Experience rolling out a limited Manager self-service. Experience creating a plan for future expansion of functionality with in Manager self-service. Experience using our HRIS for our foreign employees, which would require a mass upload since we have a large population of employees there. Must have experience in advance query writing and knowledge of BI Publisher.
