Please let me know if you have any available resources to [email protected] *MS Access Developer * *Location: Chicago, IL* *Length: 6 months* *Start: ASAP* *Interview: phone* *Rate: 50/HR all inclusive* *Description: URGENT BACKFILL!!! -- MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGO* • Need to have 4-5 years hands on Development with MS Access • Experience importing MS Excel files programmatically into MS Access row by row, not using MS Access import objects • At least 3 years experience with Windows API calls using VBA • Experience designing MS Access tables and queries for high volumes of data • Experience optimizing MS Access databases with internal and Oracle linked tables and high volumes of data • Experience optimizing and designing MS Access databases for multiple users • Experience with versioning for multiple MS Access databases and bug/fix tracking • At least 4 years experience writing SQL Queries to access Oracle warehouse data and MS Access data • At least 4 years experience manipulating MS Access data, tables and queries via MS Access objects from external MS Access databases. • At least 1 years experience using Oracle TOAD • At least 3 years experience generating financial reports in MS Excel from within MS Access VBA • At least 3 years experience with MS DAO and ADO to manipulate record set data in multiple MS Access and Oracle tables • Ability to work on multiple high profile projects simultaneously and implement fixes to critical production applications as report files change and input formats change. • Experience using File System Objects in VBA • Experience with XML utilizing MS Access VBA • At least 2 years experience using MS Word objects within MS Access VBA • Experience using the MS Outlook object library from within MS Access VBA to generate mail items, open and extract attachments, add attachments and send mail items • Experience in Financial Services a Huge Plus • Excellent Comm.
