In depth knowledge in .NET concepts 2. Knowledge in Design concepts and Design Patterns 3. Knowledge in Architecture (Dependency Injection, Tightly coupled, loosely coupled, transition from one to another – eg. Tightly to loosely coupled) 4. Familiarity /hands-on in NUNIT (Automation) / Unit testing concepts 5. Knowledge/experience about infrastructure like IIS, deployment, web farms etc 6. Project experience in Banking Domain 7. Excellent Coordination skills - Good communication, interacting with various stakeholders, taking responsibility for the entire team/project 8. Should be strong in technology area such that he/she should be able to perform performance tuning, identify memory leaks, mentoring the team, helping them team on technical issues 9.
