*Job Description:*
Business Analyst III is responsible for leading the functional requirements
gathering team. The candidate works directly with internal customers to
understand the business environment and needs. Identifies relevant design,
process and specification issue.
Resources will support the business transformation and strategy office in
the multifamily division. Analyst will be expected to support one or more
software development projects through needs assessment, requirements
gathering, and solution research and user acceptance testing (UAT)
activities. Resource may also be needed for Project Management and
training support. Resource will be expected to directly engage user
communities in various modes, excellent communication skills (Verbal,
Written, and Presentation) are a Must
*Required Qualifications and Must Have’s:*
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Great Communication Skills
- Well versed on several MS Office Applications (Word. Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio)
- 3 Years or more of requirement Management Experience
- Well versed in one or more Software Development Lifecycle Methodology
- Experience composing use cases
- BS/BS Degree
