*NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE TO PA* Location: Allentown, PA *Face to Face after a phone interview* Duration: 6m+ The purpose of the *BI Business Systems Analyst* is to provide expert analytical and functional, support for the internal clients supported by the BI analytics group. The analyst assists in the analysis, development, and presentation of BI solution which may include requirement specifications, project plans, communication plans, test plans, test scripts and reporting. This position will be responsible for analyzing data/reporting needs and requirements of end users within business units. Will function as *hands-on report/dashboard/BI expert* and will guide others in defining requirements for BI solutions. Candidate must have an understanding of Business Intelligence, Relational databases, analytical data model concepts. Experience with *MicroStrategy, Cognos or SAP BO Reporting solutions required*. Experience with Netezza a plus. *Preference given to candidates that come from utility or other regulated environment*.
