Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems, and revises
programs, systems and related procedures to process data.
- Designs application framework based on requirements documentation
utilizing Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Database
- Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding
logic flowcharts.
- Support the development lifecycle:
- Analyze requirements, Design, Provide development estimates,
Develop/unit test, Support QA/UAT
Knowledge and Skills
- Expertise in Oracle Database development and Service Oriented
Architecture
- Oracle PLSQL, Oracle forms, Oracle APEX
- Working experience with XML
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Technical writing skillset, e.g. design documentation
Experience in one of the following technologies is a plus: Dot Net, Java,
SharePoint, Informatica
