Able to talk credibly with front-end developers about their code, and visual designers about their designs, and business analysts or product owners about their requirements/user stories • Prior accessibility projects using desktop, windows, JAWS, NVDA and proposed online accessibility tools. • Highly effective communication; able to influence external project teams (project managers, engineering leads, business analysts and designers) • Professionally persuasive manner; able to be firm and diplomatic; demanding and achieving very high levels of compliance to Accessibility requirements for all software development projects in flight • Friendly and sociable.
