windows Cluster Administer Orlando, FL Duration: Long Term All these below competency required for Windows 2003 / 2008. 7 to 10 years of experience as a Windows operating system administer 5 to 7 years configuring, validating, implementing and troubleshooting Windows clusters (for both Win2003 and Win2008). Well versed with Cluster validation, builds, failover testing exercises etc. Experience with DR for Clusters: Node, cluster, and site recovery procedures. 5 to 7 years managing AD security, user rights, GPOs, role based security, local account and security policy. 5 to 7 years configuring, managing, restoring, and troubleshooting AD, system state, and data backups 3 to 5 years installing, configuring and troubleshooting remote SAN disks using Veritas Storage Foundation on Windows servers and 3 to 5 years installing, configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and WINS services 3 to 5 years analyzing, managing, and responding to enterprise security events 3 to 5 years monitoring, managing, and optimizing server performance Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Manage customer service interactions to insure highest quality customer service Explain technical issue to non-technical clients without losing the technical essence Responsible for resolving customer complaints on technical issues Suggest improvements in the operations and processes to make the system foolproof. Provide value added customer services by attending customer queries Sound knowledge of Documentation. Good Team player and Man management. *Preferred/Good-to-have skills:* Maintaining/Writing & troubleshooting scripts written both in PowerShell or using WMI scripting /VB.
