3Core Systems, a *SAP & Success Factors* Silver partner firm is looking for
Information Technology Recruitment Professional for Hyderabad location. We
are looking for a mid-level IT Recruitment Professional who has the ability
to develop, drive & executive search strategies to recruit consultants to
our clients.



This is a head hunter role. Your compensation will be tied directly to your
success at delivering the right consultants to our clients’ requirements.
You will be responsible for selling the open positions, branding and
promoting the company to the information technology consultants.



Our areas of business include traditional SAP Solutions, Project
Management, IT staffing and consulting. You will be expected to create a
pool of candidates through social networking, community organizations,
Internet data mining and media channels and cold calling.



*Ideal candidates should have a background that includes:*

   1. Experience in working with software services & technology outsourcing
   Industry

2.      1-5 years of experience managing full cycle recruiting process to
meet the various staffing goals across all technologies

3.      Solid experience in sourcing consultants in technologies including
but not limited to ERP, BI/BW, Front End/Back End, Web/E-Commerce, Oracle
Tools, Mobile Apps and QA.

4.      Experience working with advanced recruiting techniques and
employment policies and procedures, including EEO and ADA regulations

5.      Extensive experience working with online job portals including
Dice, Monster and Career Builder and Social Media Sources

6.      Sound knowledge of US Visa Classification including H1B, L1, B1,
T1N1, (EAD Greencard/OPT)

7.      Sound Knowledge of Tax Forms including W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp

   1. Should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced
   environment.
   2. Outstanding organization, communication, management and presentation
   skills
   3. Strong attention to detail & highly process oriented.





*Your responsibilities include but not limited to: *



1.      Understand job requirements and search profiles accordingly

2.      Advertise open requirements on online job portals and social media
website to attract applicants

   1. Responsible for detailed evaluation of candidate resumes against
   specific *IT *requirements

4.      Responsible for interviewing consultants over the phone

5.      Responsible for screening consultants against skills, experience
and education

6.      Evaluate consultant references

7.      Evaluate communication and consultants’ willingness to accept the
position if offered

8.      Document and maintain consultants’ information and resumes in
system as appropriate

9.      Schedule and coordinate interviews

   1. Devise new, innovative approaches to outreach and selection
   2. Recommend updates to current recruiting practices based on market
   research and new trends
   3. Ensure all company practices are in accordance with SOPs
