I have a position for the below requirement, please do reply me to *moh...@datagrp.com <moh...@datagrp.com>* *IMMEDIATE NEED* *Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional - with background from either PeopleSoftHCM or Oracle E-Business HCM experience* *Location: Pleasanton, CA* *Duration: Long Term* *J.D: * · 2 years of Good experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits) as a Technical architect / Techno Func SME role in an Implementation project. · Overall 10years of ERP experience with 2 end-to end implementation experience in HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, T&L etc. (preferablyPeopleSoft or eBusiness) · Ability to capture requirements from Business meetings and Translating business requirements into technical specifications · Very good experience in Fusion Middleware technologies and Integration tools with other ERP systems. · Good working experience with File Base Loader, HCM Extract and HCM connect · Good experience with development, test and troubleshoot of Fast formulas and Extensions. · Sound knowledge on Cloud deployment (public / private) · Experience with Interfaces and conversions is a big plus · Experience with some interfaces and conversions · End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion in at least one big implementation with large user base · Should Possess good technical knowledge on Fusion Cloud architecture & HCM security , exposure to Data Masking, Encryption and integration methodologieswith Encryption, Data masking and building Data mart · Knowledge of Fusion HCM Data Model and ability to handle design for Integration and Data conversion requirements · Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and customer interaction on need basis · Good in problem approaching with innovate thinking and able to approach / addressing the problems with process / people and ensuring review effectiveness on regular basis is must · Good communication and experience in customer facing role · Agile experience would be preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT provider" group.
