For* *H1B'S , H1B Copy is Mandatory.* *PeopleSoft Financial* *Madison, WI* *Long Term* *Experience (Years) * *Essential Skills* • Must be conversant with Insurance Accounting • Must have knowledge on the data/accounting flow from Insurance Admin systems to General Ledger • Must have knowledge on financial reporting, budgeting • Familiar with back-office accounting system (ERP System) (preferred PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials) • Familiar with allocations process in financial accounting • Must have the ability to lead workshop, translate meeting minutes & workshop material into Business Requirements and create related documents (like Business Requirement Document, Functional Design Document etc.) • Written and spoken communication must be fluent.
