At least 6 to 8 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience ? Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service Implementation ? Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed ? Heavy hands on experience with various CRM application areas such as: Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ Analytics ? Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices ? Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written) ? Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members. ? Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM Service ? Willingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as needed ? CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus. ? Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re assign responsibilities *Expertise:* ? Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 7.0 ? Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience ? Previous implementation experience with semi conductor industries is a BIG PLUS ?
