Unquestionable ethics and integrity is pertinent. 9. Responsible for gaining deep knowledge of the industry and business and proactively using this knowledge to deliver meaningful results. 10. Knowledge of LEAN principles. Seeks opportunities for lean processes both internally and cross-functionally, to eliminate redundancy and waste and drives for value added processes. 11.
