Job Description



Necessary skills: Excellent SAP-HR Time Management skills (min 2-4 projects
experience) and very good ESS skills (min 1-2 project experience). Total HR
Time management experience about 4-8 years

(1) configuration changes in SAP HRE to Enhance time management vacation
accrual design in HRE for Japan to provide the full calendar year of
vacation on Jan 1 of each year as legislated in Japan;

(2) Record and display in ESS Flex Purchased Vacation Days separately and
amend the Carry Forward routines so that UK and Ireland vacation accruals
and carry forwards are accurate and managed through HRE time management

(3) Enhance time management design in HRE for Australia and New Zealand
employees to have visibility and tracking of Long Service Leave Entitlement
in ESS.
