Knowledge and experience to run queries for data analysis is essential to the success of this position. *Required Experience (candidates must be able to provide prior work examples):* - Experience preparing Design documents for the application. - Healthcare Experience - Experience identifying and documenting Detailed Business Requirements in Use Cases and Supplemental Specifications - Assist in Testing New or Upgraded System Solutions - Assist project managers with creating project plans - Good communication skills, both written and oral - Experience preparing documents with Microsoft Office products *Preferred experience * - Ability to act as the project lead representing the team on cross department projects Knowledge and experience to run queries for data analysis is essential to the success of this position. - Prefer that candidates have Use Case, Analysis models and Design Models experience with RSA (Rational Software Architect), Rose. - Working knowledge of the Diamond Claims System is preferred - Testing experience of applications prior to full system integration testing is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in related business area or equivalent work experience is preferred. - Ability to facilitate JAR/JAD sessions preferred *Skills:* Use Case Analysis, Definition - Extensive Experience - 3-5 yrs Rational Rose - Working Experience - 0-2 yrs MS Office - Subject Matter Depth and Breadth - 3-5 yrs RequisitePro - Extensive Experience - 0-2 yrs Systems Analyst - Extensive Experience - 3-5 yrs Verbal Communication - Extensive Experience - 3-5 yrs -- Thanks and Regards, Manish Patel | Next Level Business Services, Inc.
