Job Description – Marketing and Servicing Operations





We are looking for someone that will provide the Business Internet Services
Financial Management Software (FMS) services team with extended operational
support. They will work closely with Senior Product Managers and with
various business partners to facilitate with ongoing operations,
communications and resolution of open issues.





They will be responsible for:



§         Maintaining and improving the wellsfargo.com public site pages
for  QuickBooks, Quicken, Microsoft Office Accounting, and Microsoft Money
pages



§         Assisting with product testing, rollouts and retirements



§         Developing and implementing customer service team sales and
retention campaigns to drive revenue



§         Maintaining product fact books in support of product strategy



§         Creating product presentations



§         Compiling financials and reporting



§         Working with internal partners and stakeholders to resolve
customer issues



§         Maintaining and updating our internal wiki site



§         Managing the legal, risk, and compliance documentation



§         Drafting banker communications



§         Defining high-level product and maintenance requirements







Responsibility examples:



Maintaining and improving the wellsfargo.com, QuickBooks, Quicken, Microsoft
Office Accounting, and Microsoft Money (FMS) pages



Auditing of sites/screens managed by FMS on a regular basis for accuracy,
content, dates, registered trademarks, links, etc…

Maintaining a calendar to ensure we meet submission and release dates

Writing page update requests

Filing requests

Following up on implementation of changes

Testing changes





Assisting with product testing, rollouts and retirements



Coordinating customer service, product management, and vendor time for
testing

Creating a product testing plan

Creating all communication materials, website updates, and online banking
session updates

Coordinating the mailing of letters to customers

Updating all online and offline content as necessary

Assisting other LOBs with questions regarding product testing, rollouts, and
retirements





Developing and implementing customer service team sales and retention
campaigns to drive revenue



Planning with marketing to get on their calendar

Coordinating with customer service managers to manage campaigns

Tracking of sales and retention data by bankers

Reporting final campaign results





Maintaining product fact books in support of product strategy



Review fact books annually

Make necessary updates to fact books





Creating presentations



Updating overall strategy, as well as, segment specific strategy
presentations

Tailoring tactical and strategic presentations as needed





Compiling financials and reporting



Aggregate information for monthly reporting

Input information into template

Providing different views of reporting as needed





Working with internal partners and stakeholders to resolve customer issues



Work with our business partners regarding product specific issues

Work with customer service to resolve customer issues





Maintaining and updating our internal wiki site



Updating and streamlining general wiki

Maintaining and updating research wiki

Creating new wiki pages as needed





Managing legal, risk and compliance documentation



Obtaining legal, risk, and compliance approvals for messaging, text change,
text addition, lay out, content redesign, letters etc…

Drafting requests and following up in order to make deadlines (e.g. MR
request are submitted on time for a particular release).





Drafting banker communications



Drafting messaging to inform bankers of FMS service changes and issues in a
timely manner

Working with the bankers to help promote FMS services

Obtaining stakeholder feedback and approvals





Defining high-level product and maintenance requirements



Creating project definition documents

Creating maintenance requests
