They don’t think they are getting the most out of the product and set up. Would like to engage an analyst with experience within the tools to analyze the current environment, meet with stakeholders, review dashboard set up and make recommendations for improvements. In turn then lead the fixes to the errors and new dashboards. Must have Workforce Analytics experience and earned hours specific to retail. Technical expert: – doing the actual implementation The 2nd side of the job that can be done concurrently is helping them to upgrade the entire system Need a Kronos Consultant who has hands on WFSO upgrade experience from 5.2 to 6.x Must also have experience with WTK / Timekeeper.
