*Overview:*
The consultant will provide design, develop and implement a scalable,
reliable and extensible financial
ETL application platform to process Risk and Finance data feeds for a Basel
application. Will be responsible for designing semantic layer, creating high
level & detailed report designs as well as complex reports and report
templates. Additionally consultant will mentor offshore developers in best
practices.
*Requirements:*
1. Must have exp 3-5 yrs exp creating high level and detailed ETL
designs using Ab Initio BRE, Data Profiler, Conduct It ---
Must have prior exp assisting in gathering, identifying &
clarifying reporting requirements
a. Develops and/or leads the development of prototypes
b. Provides technical direction to programmers Senior Developer
c. Shows capabilities of performing team leader functions Senior
Programmer
2. Must be able to perform the following activities including: .
a. Collaborate with client designers.
b. Develop complex graphs, re-usable components.
c. Strong knowledge and use of full lifecycle development
methodologies, standards and procedures
d. Conduct code reviews.
3. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator.
5. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project
