SAP Trainer Business Intelligence (BI) & Curriculum Developer -- Miami, FL
-- 6-12months+*

K-12 (School) experience a big plus!


*ALL the below skills/exp REQUIRED:

*Solid SAP training experience with at least 5+ years experience as
classroom trainer

Experience training in SAP HR, Personnel Administration, Payroll and Time
Management modules

SAP training collateral development

Experience with UPerform tools and BPP recordings

Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical training to a
variety of business and technical partners


*Role:*
Develop time line and work plan to meet and execute training requirements
for each implementation
Develop UPerform on line training materials for BI, HR, TIME MANAGEMENT AND
PAYROLL transactions
Train the Trainer in BI and SAP core transactions
Develop classroom training materials for the following key areas but not
limited to BI, HR, TIME MANAGEMENT AND PAYROLL: Personnel Administration,
Organizational Management, Create and maintain organizational units, Org
units relationship and integration with cost centers and positions, Org unit
reporting Create / maintain jobs, Job relationship to position, Job
reporting Create / maintain position, Position relationship with org units,
cost center and jobs, Delimiting / closing positions, Financial attributes,
Concept of concurrent employment, Mass position creation via batch, Position
reporting Perform pre-hire activities, Perform new hire activities, Perform
rehire activities, Perform on boarding, Concurrent employment Manage
employee data, Manage assignment data, Monitor employee qualifications,
Manage employee separations, Enter employee salary change, R/3 and BW
reporting, PA integration with Time, Payroll, Budget, and Finance,
Concurrent employment Manage long term leaves, Manage workers compensation
leaves, Monitor return to work
Identify and Run Business Intelligence Reports related to HR activities
Identify Relevant BI Reports for end users
Develop scenarios in which HR BI reports are Sliced and diced
Describe relationship between ECC and BI
Provide classroom training to multiple audiences including end-users,
super-users, site administration
Provide training support to human resource personnel to facilitate design
testing efforts
Provide on-site implementation support during go live and immediately after
go live.
