1. *Health care/ payer industry experience preferred.* 2. Must be able to collaborate with subject matter experts, architect, business users, data modelers and other data analysts to create data mappings Analyzes sources, targets and defines data flows and dependencies. 3. Responsible for collaborating with the business and ETL designer to resolve gaps between the business requirements and ETL design specifications and ensuring these decisions are documented. 4. Produces source to Client mappings along with business rules that need to be implemented for ETL and reports. 5. Ensures that quality data is available to produce desired reports and metrics. 6. Steps up to document and resolve the concerns/issues with the data quality. 7. Helps build consensus around data definitions. 8. Participates in system, integration, QA and user acceptance testing. 9. Proficient with SQL and profiling data sources for data patterns and distributions. 10.
