Location: *Phoenix**, **AZ* Duration: *4 to 8 weeks * Key areas of responsibilities: · Deploy and configure security solution which include the following technologies that are deployed in a mix of Unix and Window environment: o IBM Tivoli Access Manager o IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager · Planning upgrades and applying Fix Packs for the above components · Tuning and performance improvements for the above components · Ensure to follow the best practices recommended by the vendor on the above components · Provide customer support and interactions with support IT teams, application teams, and Help Desk · Any other technical support work that becomes a priority and a need in the team The candidate must have at least 2-3 years of hands-on implementation and administrative work experience on IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager in an IBM Tivoli Access Manager environment. Candidate must be a quick learner who can ramp up quickly to understand client implementation of the Enterprise Identity and Access Management infrastructure, which is different from most of the typical EIAM installations due the SOA nature of the implementation. A good understanding of the application security aspects is highly desirable. · Experience supporting IBM products running on AIX/Linux AND Windows preferred. · TFIM 6.x experience with both SAML 1.x/2.x experience using browser post and artifact (back-channel SOAP call) profiles. · Experience with TFIM custom identity mapping modules (via both jar and/or TDI) and custom error handling helpful but not required. · Experience with TAMeb v6.x a must.
