Someone that has strong experience working with user community and throughout the business. Definitely someone with Energy background a huge plus. *Required Skills* Possess strong business writing skills with the ability to produce requirements documentation, functional specifications, and business process analysis documents. Familiarity with Business process modeling notation- BPMN techniques is a plus. ** *Experience should include:* knowledge of data management and data architecture functions, including physical database design; data migration; experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, creating stored procedures, writing SSIS packages, performing complex queries; expertise with data modeling; metadata management tools and processes Proficient in Extract-Transform-Load techniques using SQL Server Integration Service – SSIS, Intermediate level proficiency desired. Data analysis, data cleansing & data mapping techniques & specifications experience is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Microsoft Visio is required.
