* * * * *Sales Information Manager with Pharma or prior Johnson & Johnson Exp.* *Atlanta**, GA*** *6 months* *General Summary: * The Sales Information Manager is a leader within Regional IT Organization and the Americas Region (US, Canada, Latin America). The primary responsibilities include design, build, debug, and implement tools, applications, and processes that leverage resources, save time, and aid in making critical business decisions with the goal of aligning processes across all Sales Product Groups (SPG) and countries within the region and minimizing maintenance activity requirements while constantly striving to find ways of process improvement. *Primary Responsibilities: * Ø Development of new Reports & Tools - Handle ad hoc request for finding ways to interpret the data. Ø Management of existing Reports and Systems - maintaining the current reports and tools. Ø Development and documentation of new tools/databases maintenance requirements. Ø Train the sales organization as needed on systems and tools. Ø Provide recommendations for systems and tools automation, development and implementation. Ø Assist peer Regional IT personnel with reporting, spot checking, and general tool management functions. Ø Act as interim coverage for tools in peer absence or emergency situations Ø Act as subject matter expert for Regional IT systems and tools as well as Kodak specific systems and network *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Ø Expert level with Microsoft Access (ie forms, joins, all types of queries, etc), Visual Basic/Web front ends/, Excel. Some experience with MS SQL/SSIS preferred. Ø High level with SAP BW/GDW, Oracle, Visual Studio, .Net (VB or CS), ASP.Net, XML Web Services, Cognos (Cube Technology), BUDW (Kodak Specific), and AMM (Kodak Specific) Ø Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop technical processes and procedures. Ø Thorough knowledge of Relational Databases and Visual Basic with Applications Ø Operational knowledge of Relational Databases including maintenance and troubleshooting, hierarchy and aggregate concepts Ø Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ø Resourceful and effective decision making abilities. Ø Organizational and time management skills. Ø Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. Ability to work with end users to translate user 'end needs' into working requirements for data needs Ø Ability to manage multiple projects to completion, on time, and within budget.
