Malvern, PA Duration: 1+ yr Rate: Max $45/hr MAX Siebel CRM functional knowledge is necessary · Leads the creation and implementation of project test strategy; ensure *Siebel software* is fully tested, high quality and production ready · Demonstrates detailed understanding of the Siebel project capabilities, architecture and technical implementation · Leads effort to build accurate effort estimates and test delivery schedules · Utilizes Quality Center for the development and execution of comprehensive, test scenarios and modular data driven test cases that adhere to departmental standards and best practices like VCD and Test Case Mgt. · Works closely with BSAs to keep requirements and test scenarios in sync, updating ReqPro and QC with requirements and tying them together. · Understand the details and end results of the Siebel project to develop in depth all test case scenarios, test cases, and test data needed to robustly test the functional requirements and other test types like negative testing, exploratory, random, and etc. · Leads and mentor others in the process of identifying new and maintaining existing automation test cases utilizing automation standards as a guideline. · Actively lead and/or collaborate issue resolution meetings, discussions or activities. · Self motivated to participate, drive, and support improvements in his/her department and/or project; seeks opportunities to take their group and applications to the next level; makes things better over time. · Be highly productive, consistently meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery expectations · Identifies and resolves risks/issues aggressively through his/her plans/approaches; balances risks and rewards to meet objectives – identifies viable solutions – measures cost vs. reward · Demonstrates proficiency in technologies, tools and methodologies · Lead and mentor others in prod certification of project elevations through manual and automation execution for verification.
