*Job Title:-**NSK Database Administrator (DBA)****
Project/Role or BD Task Description*
The NSK Database Administrator (DBA) administers development, testing or
maintenance support of databases. They perform many related database
functions across one or more clients, including designing, implementing
and maintaining new databases. The DBA provides input for modification
of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and
day-to-day maintenance.
*NSK DBA and SQL MP development - 3-4 years
*Golden Gate experience – 1-2 years
*Strong NSK System Experience - 3-4 years
*MP ODBC
*TACL experience
*Assist developers with NSK SQL MP and SQL MX issues
*Database performance and tuning skills.
*Assist developers with database design and performance issues
specifically relating to NSK database access.
*Provides production support. Activities include problem analysis,
break/fix, testing, and promotion to the production environment
