**Onshore SQL Server SSIS Lead Developer
i. 5 Years+ experience with Microsoft SQL/SSIS/SSRS 2005 or 2008.
ii. Advanced OLTP data modeling skills
iii. Microsoft SSIS/SSRS programming skills
1. Advanced data integration (SSIS) and data aggregation.
2. Advanced data reporting (SSRS).
3. Midrange TSQL programming.
iv. Above average written and verbal communication and presentation
skills.
1. Comfortable with Word and Excel and creation of technical specs
including Visio diagrams.
2. Ability to interact between application developers and
DBA/Database developers.
b. Preferred skills:
v. Experience working with banking / mortgage applications
vi. Basic or intermediate background and experience with OLAP data
modeling (data warehouse, data marts and data mining).*
