Job Description:
Major Job Duties: Manage the development and effective execution of
marketing program/projects/initiatives that meet both marketing and
business goals. Proactively work with
cross-functional/cross-organizational teams in order to effectively
manage marketing initiatives and objectives. Support and implement
creative processes and solutions for better business outcomes. Influence
program measurement and analysis to be able to report on efficiencies,
effectiveness and ROI.
The role: Global Program Management
Responsibilities:
- Campaign planning and coordination with marketing functions
- Helps craft and owns execution of the marketing vision
for the Portfolio Transformation Sales Play
- Deliver Bill of Materials, campaign planning documents
for use by GEO field marketing as well as tele-prospecting
- Responsible for integration of content into all relevant
locations
- Manages campaign development calendar to meet planned
release dates
- Drive global initiatives
- Primary point of contact to Global Field Marketing for
communication and hand offs
- Responsible for standing meetings
- Monitor / fine tune results
*Skills Required *:
- 3-5 years marketing experience preferably in a global role
- Ability to translate strategy into execution
- Well organized
- Able to synthesize information into relevant marketing
programs
- Strong communicator and collaborative style
