platform, candidates with 10+ years of experience are preferred.
Applicant must have experience and maturity with the following range of
technologies and frameworks:

*Must have skills***
Java SE and EE with solid background of OO, AOP, Spring, EJB, and Web
Service development in Core Java (Collections and Data Structure
Algorithm), Design Patterns, Coding Best Practices, unit testing,
exception handling, and Object Relational Mapping (ORM) development.
*SOA Development***
Web Services development (Axis, SOAP, WSDL), EJB Service Development
(EJB3), and Messaging Service Development (XML, JMS, MDB), preferred
experience in using a SOA framework such as Oracle Fusion Middleware or
JBOSS SOA.
*Messaging Development***
Messaging development using one of JMS, MQ Series, Message Bus
(Enterprise Service Bus such as Oracle Service Bus)
*Database Development***
JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL, Object Relational Mapping skills using JPA,
Hibernate, TopLink or iBatis
*Web Development***
JSP/Servlet/JavaScript/Ajax, MVC Framework, JAAS, ADF Security, and
Portal/Portlet development is a plus.
*Design Skills***
*Architecture***
J2EE Application Architecture using interface oriented design
principles, architectural frameworks (e.g., EJB, Spring, Apache Axis,
Hibernate, Log4J, JAXB, AOP, Oracle ADF) and reusable and customizable
Component architecture.
*Design ***
Hands on knowledge of using Gang of Four and J2EE Design Pattern, and
preferred knowledge of using UML in communicating application design.
Experience in designing and writing any custom framework is a plus.
*Development Infrastructure***
*OS***
Development on Windows XP, Sun Solaris/Unix (optional)
*Servers***
(preferred) Oracle Application Server 10x, WebLogic Server, Oracle
Portal Server 10x, JBOSS/Tomcat Server. (Optional) Any Commercial J2EE

Oracle10g, PLSQL, SQL, MS Access, MS SQL Server2000, DB2
*Development Tools***
Oracle JDeveloper, Eclipse 3x, (or similar IDE's such as JBuilder, RSA).
*Test Driven Development***
Test Driven Development and TDD tools such as JUnit for unit-testing
*Development Process***
Preferred but not required a knowledge of Agile development process
*Build Development***
Maven2 or previous Ant build script experience is a must
*Quality Assurance***
Preferred working knowledge of Rational ClearQuest for defect tracking

Agile Development
·Knowledge of use-case driven, test-driven, and iterative
(small-increments) development process is highly desired.
·Candidate will attend daily development meetings and be prepared to
