Experience with scripting
Good troubleshooting experience in 24x7 Operation
Experience in carrying pager & doing maintenances / deployment in nights
/ weekend (planned work)
Experience with *MySQL & MSSQL* will be an *added plus*
Strong experience in *Golden Gate and Oracle Streams* for data replication
