Summary: Release Manager Responsible for planning, coordinating,
managing and risk management of release code deployment activities
across pre-production and production environments by partnering with
multiple project teams in a very fast paced solution driven
organization. Requires tenacity, self-motivation, innovative thinking,
confidence, open to change.
*Skills and Competencies:*
1. Strong facilitation and negotiation skills to balance the needs of
competing stakeholders
2. Coordinate meetings between the SME's and cross-functional teams.
3. Possesses good understanding of application programming, databases
and system design.
4. Position requires excellent oral and written communications,
attention to detail, interpersonal negotiation, project planning,
judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to facilitate root cause analysis. 4+ years of experience in
technical project management is required Experience in Agile
methodology, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred PMI certification a plus
