Job Title: QA Test Lead Location of Position: Dallas, TX *Length of Contract: 6 months + Must be eligible for **full time hire after 6 months*** *JOB DESCRIPTION * *Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Test Lead * * * *Location: Dallas, TX Hours: 8am-5pm* *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * 1. Lead the multiple year program with multiple major releases in coordination with our nearshore team (Reston, VA) and monitor testing activities and key deliverables in nearshore model. 2. Own the multiple year program testing expectations but not limited to Functional Testing, Database testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing and make sure the nearshore team delivers the end product. 3. He/She should have prior experience in large program with Oracle and supply chain industry. Have hands on experience testing oracle (Ebusiness/Finance)and supply chain (i.e. inventory management, order management, and invoicing) projects. *4. **He / She is accountable for the quality of the application(s). The QA Lead should been able to work hands on to get the right details about the project. * *5. **He / She must have extensive knowledge and experience in testing Oracle inventory management, order management, invoicing and Ebusiness/Finance.* *6. **Design and document detailed functional, system, integration and regression testing plan / cases for Oracle inventory management, order management, invoicing, OBIEE reports, cash payment file and Ebusiness/Finance.* 7. Work as a liaison between the client’s Leadership/Management, and the nearshoreteam in the projects and provide status update every week. 8. Review and sign off detail test strategy, t 9. est plan, test scenarios, test cases documented and monitor testing activities. *10. **Demonstrate a mastery level of skills/technical competence appropriate to the QA role. * *11. **Proficient in Quality Center for documenting test plans and logging defects. * 12. Effectively lead in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality and quality risk analysis. 13. Generate manual test scenarios and test cases in a format that can be automated. *14. **Provide technical guidance to nearshore testing team. * 15. Prepare status reports for the client. * * *EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: * 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university. *2. **Five years of experience in a leading testing projects and responsible for Functional testing, database testing. * 3. Experience in working with and/or supervising remote resources/teams will be a plus. 4. Applicant must have proven experience in Test Management, Test Strategy, Test Governance, Documenting Test Scenarios/Cases, Defect Management and Performance Testing results. 5. Applicant must have strong leadership skills and lead the nearshoreteam for the testing efforts. 6. Applicant must have experience testing Oracle order management, inventory management, invoicing and Ebusiness/Finance. 7. Demonstrated experience in analytical ability, judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients (both the QA department and the IT development teams). 8. Ability to comprehend complexity, to fully understand a product with all of its business and technological implications, and to approach the improvement of its quality from that perspective. 9. Proven experience in · Test Lead in Ebusiness/Finance testing · Oracle inventory management, order management, invoicing and OBIEE reports. 10. Ability to understand business processes and formulate/execute a testing strategy in support of that process. *11. **Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on driving and managing change in a complex environment. * *12. **Expert proficiency in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization. * 13. Proven ability to manage scope and budget and meet tight implementation schedules. 14. Ability to work in a heterogeneous organization (internal, outsourcing, near-shoring), and in an international, multicultural company. 15. Willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 16.
