b. App domain, context
c. MVC -- razor templates, custom action filters
d. WCF -- able to understand the http/tcp stack
e. Writing high performing code
2. Independent thinker with crazy good problem solving skills
a. Able to apply patterns when necessary
b. Able to dissect/refactor source code
c. Can multi-task and handle randomization of time(we'll try to
keep this to a minimum)
d. Understands CQRS and has worked on enterprise level
applications(web preferred)
3. Good communication (ability to be onsite and add to value of a
team)

1. FAST Esp/lucene/Solr/hadoop/nosql experience
