*Job Description*:
Typically 2 or more years of experience working in a customer service
environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Portuguese speaking required and Spanish speaking preferred. Flexibility
to work nights, weekends, and holidays. High standard of customer
service skills, including attitude and ethics. Excellent standard of
communication skills and telephone manner; acting as a role model for
junior colleagues. Detail orientated with conceptual thinking to
understand how your work affects other departments within the
organization. Proven analytical and troubleshooting mindset with the
ability to be self-sufficient in resolving and preventing problems.
Proficient at working independently, prioritizing own workload to meet
deadlines using the appropriate tools. Experienced at dealing with
high-pressure customer situations and bring these to successful
resolution. Demonstrate personal leadership and teamwork skills.
