Position Title
MS .NET Developer
Project/Role or BD Task Description and Special Notes. . .
Responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining
web-based application systems. Troubleshoots system problems and issues
and looks for ways to improve the application. Has knowledge of a
variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within web application
development (i.e., HTML, jQuery, MVC, CSS, LINQ, Mobile/HTML5, etc.)
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs
a variety of complicated tasks.
Experienced in various application development languages/software
packages, typically C#, .Net, Sharepoint, VB, Java and other Microsoft
tools (such as SSIS and SSRS). These resources will be versed in the
application lifecycle, including technical design, code development,
package configuration, unit test, defect fix, application performance
tuning, and code migration. A person in this role typically has 5-7
years of experience in the applicable application.
Target Level: Services Level E
Will also consider people who want to move from Consulting to Services
for long-term local work.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of HTML
2. Minimum of 3 years of JavaScript
3. Minimum of 3 years .NET C#
4. Minimum of 2 years of CSS
5. Minimum of 2 years of jQuery
6. Minimum of 2 years of MVC
7. Minimum of 2 years of SQL
Professional Skills
1. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
2. Good English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
3. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
4. Ability to work in agile iterations without completed product specs,
and, as such be able to work closely with the team to incorporate
feedback into sprints.
5. Ability to provide mentorship to team members and work
cross-functionally.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines.
